This guide to scholarships will introduce students and families to scholarships, their requirements, and how to search. We emphasize the difference between institutional and outside scholarships before discussing outside scholarships in depth. Students will better understand what some typical application requirements are, where and how to search for scholarships (including a list of search engines), and are also given two example scholarships. We also provide opportunities for Q&A and follow-up support.
